We want you to love your Phlur fragrance, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all full-size bottles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sample sets and individual travel sprays are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the product in its original packaging and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
