Are Phlur fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not use animal-derived ingredients.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and lightly used to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that sample sets are final sale.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Does Phlur offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select territories. Due to international shipping regulations regarding alcohol-based perfumes, we are working on expanding our global reach soon.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within one hour of placement; however, once an order has reached the warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
